Pygmy marmosets eat sap from trees. They eat here because sap attracts butterflies. Then the Pygmy marmoset eats the butterfly. This means they are omnivores.
They have three animal predators like raptors which are bird like eagles and hawks, cat like animals and climbing snakes.Humans are their predators because we cut down their trees.
Pygmy marmosets live in Brazil in cold temperatures and in trees. They adapt with sharper claws, which helps them cling onto trees.
Pygmy marmosets are a fascinating primate that need to be protected from extinction , because they're so small and vulnerable. People need to help protect them rather than destroying their habitat to make money from farms.
